Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. RevInc uses cookies on its web properties (revinc.io and client dashboards) — not through our mobile SDK products, which operate at the OS layer independently of browser-based tracking technology.

Essential Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the RevInc platform to function. They include session authentication tokens, security cookies, and interface preference settings. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using the platform. Examples: session_id (authentication), csrf_token (security), ui_prefs (interface settings).

Analytics Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand how users interact with revinc.io. This includes page views, session duration, and navigation paths. No personally identifiable information is collected. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time through our cookie preference panel, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser extension.

Marketing Cookies

With your consent, we may use marketing cookies to show you relevant RevInc content on third-party platforms. If enabled, these cookies help us understand the reach of our own marketing efforts. You can withdraw consent for marketing cookies at any time through our preferences panel.

Managing Your Preferences

You can update your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the 'Cookie Settings' link in the footer of any RevInc web page. Your preferences are stored locally and respected on subsequent visits. Note that clearing your browser data will reset your cookie preferences to default, and you may be asked to confirm them again on your next visit.

Contact

For questions about our use of cookies or to exercise any privacy rights related to cookie data, contact our Data Protection Officer at legal@revinc.io. We aim to respond to all privacy enquiries within 72 hours.
