RevInc ("RevInc," "we," "us") is a mobile adtech platform that operates SDK integrations at the operating system layer of partnered Android devices. Our SDK is embedded with permission of OEM partners across HyperOS, ColorOS, HiOS, One UI, and OriginOS. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information our platform is designed to handle and the safeguards we have built into our architecture.
RevInc's platform is architected to deliver advertising at the OS layer without requiring personally identifiable information (PII). We do not collect exact GPS coordinates, contacts, messages, photos, or content from within third-party apps. Where our platform processes any on-device signals in the future, such processing will occur only with user consent obtained during device setup or via an in-OS toggle the user controls, and will be limited to anonymous, non-PII signals necessary for ad delivery.
To the extent our platform processes any data, it is used solely to: deliver relevant advertising to users; measure ad delivery and campaign performance; and prevent fraud and invalid traffic. RevInc does not sell raw user data to third parties. Any audience signals made available to advertisers are aggregated and anonymised, and are never tied back to individual devices.
Regardless of your jurisdiction, RevInc respects your right to: request information about any data associated with your device; request deletion of any stored data associated with your device; opt out of personalised advertising at any time; and withdraw consent via your device's settings. To exercise any of these rights, email legal@revinc.io. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Campaign delivery records related to advertiser billing are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Any device-level signals processed by our platform are retained only for the minimum period necessary for ad delivery and are subsequently aggregated and anonymised. Aggregated data cannot be reversed to identify any individual device.
RevInc may share limited data with: MMP partners for campaign attribution — restricted to event-level conversion signals with no profile data; OEM partners — limited to consent and toggle status; and legal authorities when required by law. We do not share data with social platforms, programmatic exchanges, or data brokers.
RevInc is headquartered in India. Where cross-border data transfers are necessary, we use standard contractual clauses and comply with applicable data protection regulations including the DPDP Act (India), GDPR (EU), and CCPA (California).
