By accessing or using RevInc's advertising platform, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the advertiser, brand, or agency) and RevInc. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
RevInc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform for the purpose of planning, executing, and measuring digital advertising campaigns. You agree not to: use the platform for unlawful purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our SDK or data infrastructure; create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation; or use our platform to advertise products or services that violate applicable law.
You are solely responsible for the content of advertisements you create and serve through RevInc's platform. All creatives must comply with applicable advertising standards, including ASCI guidelines in India, and must not contain misleading claims, prohibited content categories, or materials that infringe third-party intellectual property rights. RevInc reserves the right to reject or remove any creative that violates these standards without refund.
Campaign spend is billed based on actual verified delivery metrics (impressions, clicks, or installs) as tracked by RevInc's platform and confirmed by your chosen MMP partner. Invoices are issued monthly with 30-day payment terms. RevInc reserves the right to pause campaigns for overdue accounts. Disputes regarding billing must be raised within 30 days of invoice date.
RevInc retains all intellectual property rights in its platform, SDK technology, LumeX audience data infrastructure, and proprietary methodologies. Campaign performance data and reports generated from your campaigns remain your property. You grant RevInc a limited licence to use your creative assets solely for the purpose of delivering your campaigns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevInc's liability for any claim arising from use of its platform is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. RevInc is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for campaign performance that does not meet projected benchmarks, except where caused by our demonstrable error.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
